Why I started this company

I’ve always saved the letters and notes I’ve received — shoeboxes full of handwriting from the people I love. I still go back to them. They remind me of who we were, what we shared, and the time we took to stay close.

Today, notifications have replaced notes, and emails have replaced the letters that once took days to compose. KL Paper Company grew from a desire to bring that feeling of connection back.

It started with homemade greeting cards — simple pieces meant to help people reach out in a way that feels real. Over time, it grew into a small business for those who still believe connection matters, who still look forward to checking the mailbox with anticipation.
