Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out — I’ll make it right.
Where do you ship from?
All physical products ship from the United States. Each item is made to order with care to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality.
How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Personalized items may require an additional day for custom typesetting. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
What paper do you use for your greeting cards?
All cards are printed on premium matte cardstock with a smooth, luxurious finish. Each card includes a clean white envelope.
What paper do you use for your notepads?
Notepads are printed on smooth, high‑quality paper with 50 tear‑off sheets and a sturdy chipboard backing.
Why do your prices vary between products?
Pricing reflects the materials used, the level of illustration detail, and the time required to create each design. Watercolor florals and personalized items require additional layout work and production time, which places them in a premium tier.
Do you offer bundles or multi‑pack discounts?
Yes — curated bundles and multi‑pack discounts are available on select items. These are automatically applied at checkout when offered.
Can I use your digital products on a tablet?
Yes. All Digital Printable PDFs can be used on tablets with apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or any PDF‑friendly note‑taking app.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes — select greeting cards and templates include personalization options. Look for the “Personalized” label on the product thumbnail.
Do you offer custom designs?
